If the Requires Follow-up policy is set to Yes in the Verify Audit Completion window or the Assign Audit Result window, then once the audit is closed, a planned audit is automatically created within the corresponding audit program. The follow-up auditor can access the follow-up planned audit from the Scheduled Audits tab on the Lead Auditor dashboard.
NOTE: This follow-up audit can also be accessed from the Audit Program record > Detail > Planned Audits section.
